Weep at the dying of the Exclusionary Rule in our Justice System

May 3, 2017 –

The exclusionary rule prevents the government from using most evidence gathered in violation of the United States Constitution.  The exclusionary rule applies to evidence gained from an unreasonable search or seizure in violation of the Fourth Amendment, to improperly elicited self-incriminatory statements gathered in violation of the Fifth Amendment, and to evidence gained in situations where the government violated defendants’ Sixth Amendment right to counsel.

In our community, right now as I write this – a system of Judicial misconduct has become so rampant and unpunished – that citizens live in a strange police-state, a place where blatant violations of the rights guaranteed to us under the constitution are the norm.

Misconduct from the District Attorney herself, to her secret police force of private investigators that use violence, threats of everything of deadly force to false arrest and mass destruction of private property.

A particularly violent abuser who acts under the protection of the District Attorney is Kirk Bunch.   He has personally harmed, defamed, traumatized and violated so many citizens that it would take a 500-page book to describe this jack-booted thug in an expensive suit.

Below are links to videos and articles that are a MUST READ/WATCH to get an understanding of this threat to our safety, human rights and a fair judicial system.

It is so prevalent and pervasive that even Judge Barbara Zuniga said “OH, MY WORD. I’M REALLY GETTING ANGRY, SO I JUST NEED TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES. I’M REALLY GETTING ANGRY.” In response to the DA’s tactics and unlawful behavior in the Carson Case.

Prepare to be shocked and saddened.
